Monument Lake Resort is a 350-acre park. The 100-acre lake is stocked with browns, cutthroats, rainbows, kokanee salmon, and splake. The resort is located on Highway 12 (Highway of Legends) 37 miles west of Trinidad, Colorado.

Guests must register all members in their party (all rates are for double occupancy); $6 charge for additional persons. Unregistered guests will be charged $20 and are subject to expulsion from the resort. This is deemed theft of services. The registered party is responsible for the charge.

Cancellation

Reservations made for family reunions must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or the reserving party is responsible for one night's lodging for each room, cabin, or RV space reserved.

Other reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival date or reserving party is responsible for one night's lodging for each room, cabin, or RV space reserved.

No shows will be charged for entire reservation. An invalid credit card will void your reservation. Cancellation fees will be charged to credit card given to secure reservation.

Regrettably we must assess a one-night charge per room for cancellations that do not comply with policy. We are not responsible for weather, emergency, or any other occurrence which may cause customer to cancel . NO EXCEPTIONS.
